Shipping policy

We roast in Washington, DC and ship whole bean coffee anywhere in the United States.

Rates

• Standard: $5 flat, 3 to 4 business days in transit. Free on orders of $45 or more.
• Express: $10 flat, 1 to 2 business days in transit.
• Local pickup: free at our roastery, 2400 T St NE, Washington, DC 20002. We email you as soon as your order is ready, with the pickup hours. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 1pm. We email you when your order is ready, usually within one business day.

Processing time Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days. Coffee is roasted in small batches through the week, so you receive it fresh.

Tracking You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email team@shavicoffee.com with your order number and we will replace it.

Outside the United States We currently ship within the US only. For orders to Georgia or Uzbekistan, please use shavi.coffee or shavicoffee.uz.
