We fell in love with the boldness of Georgian culture, but our curiosity pushed us outward. We chased the global coffee revolution, from the legendary specialty coffee houses to the pioneering micro-roasteries all over the world. With that knowledge, we returned home, not to imitate, but to innovate. Our mission became clear: to fuse the world’s most advanced roasting techniques with the untamed spirit of Georgia.
