You’ll Need:
- Hario V60 dripper & filter paper
- Mug or server
- Grinder
- Scales
- Kettle
You’ll Use:
- 15g coffee (medium grind, like sea salt)
- 250ml hot water (around 94°C)
How to Brew
- Prep: Pop in your filter, rinse it with hot water, and pour away the rinse.
- Add coffee: 15g of freshly ground coffee — give it a little shake to level it out.
- Bloom: Start your timer and pour 30g of water to wet the grounds. Wait 30 seconds.
- Brew: Slowly pour the remaining water (up to 250g total) in small, gentle circles.
- Wait: Let the water drain through — around 2½–3 minutes.
- Enjoy: Swirl your cup or server, sip, and smile.
