You’ll Need:
- Chemex
- Filter
- Grinder
- Kettle
You’ll Use:
- 30g of coffee (coarse grind, like sugar)
- 500ml of hot water (around 94°C)
How to Brew:
- Rinse your filter and pour away the water.
- Add the ground coffee and give it a little shake to level.
- Pour in 60g of water, let it bloom for 30 seconds.
- Slowly pour the rest of the water in gentle circles.
- Wait for it to finish dripping (about 4 minutes).
